Customer has developed many systems for generating and analyzing prospects on a region by region basis. Customer is trying to standardize, merge and roll out these systems. Data from these many systems reside in many forms but ultimately lends itself to a single database (MS Access). Because of the many sources and systems, data easily gets “out of sync.” Many prospects are out of place, data out of range and other data quality issues need to be screened. This process takes from two to four weeks per project. Customer hopes to conduct several projects per year.

- What is the expected range of values? Are any of the values outside of the expected range?
- What data is missing?
